London, July 15, 2025 — Heavy metal pioneers Judas Priest continue to defy the years, thrilling fans with news of additional tour dates across Europe and South America as part of their extended “Invincible Shield” tour, celebrating more than five decades of metal mayhem.
Following the release of their 2024 album Invincible Shield, which received strong reviews and reminded fans why Judas Priest remain titans of the genre, the band is now pushing on with renewed energy. Rob Halford, the band’s iconic frontman, said in a recent interview:
🎤 “The passion from the fans keeps us alive — we still get that electric feeling stepping on stage, and there’s plenty more Priest to come.”
Glenn Tipton, who continues to make special appearances despite his battle with Parkinson’s, joined Halford and guitarist Richie Faulkner at a press event, expressing gratitude for the loyalty and love shown by the global metal community.
Meanwhile, Faulkner — who underwent emergency heart surgery in 2021 but returned stronger than ever — teased that even more new material could be on the horizon, sparking hopes for future Priest records.
As metal festivals line up across the globe for summer 2025, Judas Priest remains a top billing, proving their influence and power are as fierce as ever.
