Legendary rock band Led Zeppelin are set to mark the 50th anniversary of their iconic 1975 double album Physical Graffiti with a powerful new release that will thrill fans old and new. The group announced the upcoming launch of a four-track Live E.P., paired with a deluxe triple-LP vinyl edition of the original album, both scheduled to drop on September 12, 2025.
The live E.P. features standout performances of Physical Graffiti classics, drawn from two of the band’s most celebrated concerts. From the Earl’s Court shows in London (1975) come blistering renditions of:
- “In My Time Of Dying”
- “Trampled Under Foot”
And from their iconic Knebworth Festival appearances in 1979, the E.P. includes:
- “Sick Again”
- “Kashmir”
The release promises to capture the raw energy and unmatched stage presence that defined Led Zeppelin’s live performances at the height of their powers.
Alongside the E.P., a remastered and deluxe edition of Physical Graffiti will also be unveiled. This triple-LP vinyl set features updated artwork, remastered audio pressed on 180-gram heavyweight vinyl, and a bonus commemorative poster celebrating the golden jubilee of the landmark album.
First released on February 24, 1975, Physical Graffiti is widely regarded as one of Led Zeppelin’s most ambitious and eclectic records, blending hard rock, blues, folk, and Eastern influences across tracks like “Kashmir,” “Houses of the Holy,” and “Ten Years Gone.” The anniversary releases serve both as a tribute to the band’s creative peak and as a collector’s item for die-hard fans.
Pre-orders are expected to begin later this month through major retailers and Led Zeppelin’s official website. With demand expected to be high, the 50th anniversary celebration is already shaping up to be one of the biggest moments in rock history for 2025.
